Plan Exit Now ("we") is operated by Bernstein LLC, the advisory company of Dan Bernstein. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Information you send us through forms or email: your name, company, contact details and anything you choose to tell us, including Readiness Score answers if you ask for your results.
• Financial documents you upload for a Free Earnings Check, through a secure link we send you.
• Business contact information from public sources, such as company websites and state business filings, which we use to contact business owners about these tools and our services.
• Basic, cookieless site analytics. The Readiness Score and value check run in your browser; we don't store what you enter unless you submit a form.

How we use it

To respond to you, to prepare an Earnings Check you request, to contact business owners about planning for or selling their company, and to keep records of our conversations in our CRM. We use AI tools to help draft and manage email; Dan personally handles every owner relationship.

Financial documents

Documents you upload are used only for your Earnings Check, aren't shared with anyone, and are deleted on request, or within 12 months if we're not working together.

Sharing

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (email, CRM, file storage, hosting), under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it. We never share an owner's interest in selling with buyers without that owner's permission.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or using the link in any of our emails; we act on it within two business days. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing [email protected].
