Plan Exit Nowby Dan Bernstein

How it works

Free tools first. A conversation if you want one. What happens after that is your call.

1. Start with a tool

The Exit Readiness Score takes five minutes and runs entirely in your browser. The value check shows published market ranges. Neither sends anything unless you ask.

2. Look at your real numbers

The Free Earnings Check ties your tax returns to your P&L and shows you which add-backs a buyer would likely accept. It's preliminary and based only on what you share, and it's the fastest way to learn what a buyer would actually pay for.

3. A confidential conversation, if you want one

Fifteen to thirty minutes with Dan on your goals, your timing and what would raise your value before a sale. No pitch. Many owners use this to build a one- to three-year plan and work it on their own.

4. If you decide to sell

Dan is a sell-side M&A advisor: he represents owners, never buyers. If your company fits his practice, he can represent you under a written agreement. If it doesn't, he'll point you to the right kind of advisor for your size. Either way, you decide.

Confidentiality

Your name and your interest in selling stay private. Nothing is shared with anyone, including buyers, without your permission.

What it costs

The tools and the first conversation are free. If you later hire an advisor to sell your company, fees are set in a written engagement agreement before any work starts.
